Billed as China’s first luxury urban resort, the PuLi Hotel and Spa has brought in Michael Wilson as the newly appointed Head Chef of the hotel’s signature restaurant Jing’An, adding a touch of exclusivity to the restaurant’s celebrated culinary line-up. Wilson plans an new menu combining “Asian influences with International flavors, highlighting fresh ingredients indigenous to Shanghai.”
