Try the “O’ Monks,” featuring tom gin, yellow chartreuse, luxardo maraschino, fee brothers whiskey, barrel-aged bitters, and lemon, or the “Spear Gun,” a perfect blend of urt 8-year rhum, leopold brothers three pins liqueur, lime cordial, angostura bitters, and pineapple.
