Week three at the market brought us a bull in sari shop, Tahitian pearls as well as a Nepalese bazaar at 12,000 feet. Plus, to eat we had Czech donuts, Italian gelato, Brazilian soup, Barcelona clams, Amsterdam automat eats, Indian street food, Singapore’s Hainese chicken and much more.  As you can see, a trip to the market can mean many things and here are a few of this week’s honorable experiences:

• Anne Ake had the best bottle service with her boat-side Thailand brew.
• Bissky Dziadyk offered up a good look at the street food experience.
• Stateside, Karen Irwin posted the most appealing and healthy market veggie photos.
• Doug Davey brought us the most remote market and at the highest altitude.
• Honorable mention to Lindsey Davis who brought us a close-up experience of the market in Catania, Sicily.

Congratulations to Michelle Lipp, who shared two memorable experiences. Bravo for going off the tour guide’s path to find Indian street eats and we were really blown away by the bull in the sari shop.
