We can look back on 2011 as the year where airfares went up across the board, a major airline went bankrupt, and there were new airline fees for everything short of breathing. Now that we have crossed over into 2012, it’s time to think about change.
Let’s start with delays. Airline delays aren’t caused by weather but also by overscheduling and congestion. So instead of waiting at the gate, why not not “go back to the future” and start using stairs again to deplane?
