London’s Heathrow Airport has airport concierges that you can book for a departure, arrival or transfer.
Luxury travel provider Abercrombie and Kent launched its own service, A&K Airport Concierge to walk you through the airport process.
Now, is it necessary? Of course not. But if you have special needs, a little help goes a long way.
