The clues:

• The fast-food chain in the back is just one of 32 others located in this city’s zip code. From the look on Peter’s face, it looks like he is craving a Cheesy Gordita Crunch right about now.
• As you can see in the background, there are no hills here. When trying to guess where this is, think flat.
• Peter always travels in style with his sport coat, but don’t let his fashion sense fool you. If he was standing outside in the sun at this spot in the summer he’d be rocking some shorts, a T-shirt and sandals and possibly a crazy sun burn as the weather here can get intensely hot.
• The $3.61 price of gas here isn’t much of an indicator….or is it?
