Classic Mai Tai Recipe

Mai TaiMai Tai


2 ounces white rum
2 ounces dark rum
1 ounce orange curacao
1 ounce Orget syrup
0.5 ounces sugar syrup
1 ounce lime juice

Put all ingredients, except the dark rum, in a mixer and shake.

Strain into a glass and float the dark rum on top.

Optional: Garnish with a pineapple spear.
